The 20th International Zhautykov Olympiad(IZHO) took place on January 7-13 this year. The Olympics took place in Kazakhstan in the city of Almaty. Schoolchildren from 16 countries (Mongolia, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Indonesia, Serbia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan) took part. There were 680 participants in total (286 in mathematics, 194 in physics, 200 in computer science).
